Caton J. State, DDS, MS
Dr. Caton J. State attended San Francisco State University and received a bachelor’s degree in biology. Following that, he graduated from the University of California in San Francisco, with a master’s degree in oral biology. After completing his dental education at the University of the Pacific, School of Dentistry, Dr. State returned to the University of California, San Francisco to complete his residency in periodontics and implantology.
Dr. State is a diplomat of the American Board of Periodontology (board-certified). He is a member of the American Academy of Periodontology, California Society of Periodontists, American Dental Association, Sacramento Dental Society, and California Dental Association. He is also a former assistant professor in the Department of Periodontics at the University of the Pacific, School of Dentistry.
During his spare time, Dr. State enjoys spending time with his family—which includes his wife Dr. Angel Sun, his daughter Taylor, and his two sons Jonathan and Charlie.
Anh Pham, DDS, MS
Dr. Anh Pham attended the University of California in San Francisco, where she earned a doctorate in dental surgery, a master’s degree in oral and craniofacial sciences, and completed a periodontics residency. She has also completed post-graduate training in advanced implantology at the University of California in Los Angeles. As part of her continuing education, Dr. Pham has completed advanced coursework in different aspects of dentistry with a focus on aesthetic dentistry and full mouth reconstruction.
Dr. Pham is a member of the American Academy of Periodontology, California Society of Periodontists, International Team for Implantology, Academy of Osseointegration, American Dental Association, California Dental Association, and Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honor Society.
Dr. Pham comes from a family of doctors and dentists that inspired her pursuit of periodontics. She enjoys traveling with family and friends, scuba diving, jet-skiing, swimming, and fishing. Dr. Pham is also fluent in the Vietnamese language.
